At Gimaguas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique pieces. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
